iPhone OTB 1.1.2 Bootloader 4.6 Software Unlock


Somebody finally kept awake & smelled the coffee.

Last night a hacker by the name of George Hotz succeeded in creating a software-only unlock method for OTB 1.1.2 iPhones (& possibly 1.1.3 OTB) with bootlader 4.6.
This version is found in the iPhones being sold in Germany, France & the UK, apparently most US stores have upgraded to 1.1.3.

If this method proves to be working it will probably be awarded the +1000 $ collected by 11246unlock.com .

  5. Ok now no more playing with sec packs and terminal commands… just follow this all online guide (plus iTunes). No fiddling with code at all. Performed on a 1.1.3 OTB iPhone (16gb iPhone) saves u some headaches (Noobs only guide!!) ..
